VACUSPORT at “Rad & Run am Ring”

21 - 22 August 2010


On 21 / 22 August, this year's run- and bike-race held at Nürburgring. Changes for two days! The usual sounds of engines changes into the tread of the runners on the asphalt and into the whir of chains of the cyclists.

The run program starts on 21 August in the morning. This may take the runners at various starting positions. The main attraction will be, however, the 24.4 km run.


Then the cycle-race starts at about 13:00 clock in different disciplines. Part in the races take road cyclists and also mountain bikers in teams or as a lone part. Highlight at "Run & Rad am Ring" is the 24 hour race of the racing and mountain bikers. At this endurance race, the players are around the clock in the challenge.

The VACUSPORT will be on the event on 21 and 22 August. The attachment can be used by the member during (in teams) and after the races. That way the runners and cyclists can reduce their physical exertion. Thereby the VACUSPORT supports the participants in achieving their desire to win or to improve their performance.

Among the unique action of these three products are they signed of the tennis and sports professional, Christian Flach. Christian Flach was a long time professional coach of the ATP Tourplayer Udo Riglewski - Top Ten doubles player and playing partner of Michael Stich. He also looked after for some years, as the organisation-chief, the football-club VfB Stuttgart and he organized numerous training-camps of well-known teams, such as Galatasary in Istanbul. Weyergans at MEDICA in Dusseldorf

Also in this year Weyergans High Care AG from Düren is present at MEDICA, the worlds´ biggest trading exhibition for medicine, which takes place in Dusseldorf from 18th until 21st November 2009.
In cooperation with the German Aerospace Association (Deutsche Luft- und Raumfahrtgesellschaft) the company developed a method against circulatory disorders in the lower extremities.

Already in more than 50 countries people suffering from claudication, diabetic foot syndrome or swollen fee are experiencing benefits from this method. Recently the effects of this technology was also discovered for professional sports at the Olympic Base in Essen; the result is that athletes can regenerate much quicker after training or competition as well as rehabilitate significantly quicker after sports injuries. Popular establishments, where the device is used are inter alia the German Sports University, the Russian National Ice-Hockey team as well as Dutch Premier League Club PSV Eindhoven.

At MEDICA the company is offering a free-of-charge trial for this application. Afterwards, according to CEO Dr. Rudolf Weyergans, people do feel totally relaxed, fresh and strengthen on the whole body. Vacusportsuccess at Paralympics: Gold medal for Czyz

The above-knee amputee, Wojtek Czyz, from the club 1. FC Kaiserslautern in Germany, has won the Gold medal in long jump on the last day of the Paralympic Games in Peking.

The three-times Paralympics winner from Athens, who had to pause for longer time due to a metatarsus rupture before the games, did therefore only concentrate on long jump. The first jump in front of 80.000 viewers in the “bird´s nest” of Peking became a new world record with 6,50 metres. Since 21st February 2008, Mr. Czyz has been using the VACUSPORT, which gives a new standard for regeneration purposes!

With the students´ European championship in Barcelona and the NVV- title in Hannover, the duo Flemig / Hüttermann already
showed their abilities. "It is amazing, it was always a dream to play on this court", says Stefanie Hüttermann.

Performance increase for German athletes

On August 29th, 2007 a press conference took place at the federal training center of table tennis in Duesseldorf. The invitation was spoken out by the Olympic base in Essen. Topic: Presentation of a research about a method already known for many years in selected Beauty – Fitness- and Wellness facilities with emphasis on bodyfication, medical fitness and medical wellness: The negative pressure treatment.

Space tube scientifically tested

Dr. med. Alf, leader of the sport-medical department at the Olympic Base, presented the results of blood examinations on athletes. It was his task, in the name of the German Olympic bases, to reveal the effect of the method on the regeneration of athletes and if an increase of the performance could be achieved.

Back ground: In competitive sports not only training is the key of success, but also and mainly regeneration. Nowadays everybody works and trains hard, but only the one with correct and shortened regeneration phase cannot only benefit better from his trainings results, but can also go back to training quicker due to a shorter regeneration phase. The time between two training units is optimally used to restore as quick as possible the performance according to best medical-scientific standards, in order to get back to training earlier and stronger. Success and positioning of the athlete depend significantly from his regeneration phase.

Better blood values through modern technique

The result of the research is clear. Due to an improved blood circulation and purification a quicker reduction of lactate and creatinekinase could be verified. This is the result of an enhancement of the microcirculation and the optimization of the capillarisation through rhythmical capillary dilatation and capillary compression achieved by pressure and negative pressure. Dr. med. Alf explained to journalists and officials of sport associations that the treatment method works like an external lymph heart. This is proven by laboratory values and the improvement of aerob- and anaerobe condition as well as by former studies of space medicine which was originally the starting point of this unique treatment procedure.

Positive effect on well- being

The scientific examination confirms as well that the application leads to an increased concentration of the endorphins in the brain, which does not only automatically increase the subjective well-being of the athletes. According to Dr. Alf this is also shown on the measurable motivation of those athletes, who used the negative pressure appliance compared to those athletes, who did use it. Plain text: the physical negative pressure regeneration system is a new method for quicker regeneration and for an improvement of performance in competitive sports. It opens new dimensions in the training science, especially in improved performance.
In addition to the already available positive studies and researches from the area of vein medicine (phlebology) and the blood-flow enhancement in cases of arteriosclerosis (angiology) as well as the medical study from France, which proves the positive results of the negative pressure therapy against orange peel skin, there is now a further sports-medical and scientific research. This is also of high importance for those locations, in which the “space tube” is already placed. By applying methods, which were audited within an empirically (scientifically) comparative clinical trial, the notion of Medical Wellness or Medical Fitness gets its actual meaning. Particularly for the selective beauty-, fitness- or wellness institutions it is not obligatory to have a doctor in the team by offering Medical Wellness. It is obligatory that the services work, - not only on the paper or in the brochure, but proven by studies and also proven in the daily practice!
